Food that is clearly marked with your dog's name and amount per feeding (or pre-portioned for breakfast and dinner in ziplock baggies).
Medications with clearly written instructions per prescription (even better if you use a pill storage container for AM/PM medications & supplements). All medications and supplements MUST have the name of the pet on the container or storage box, and prescription amount.
Leash and collar.
if you want to bring a blanket, please don't bring your dog's favorite one. We can not guarantee it will remain intact.
Crate if your dog uses one and they like it as their "little den", WE DO NOT PROVIDE THEM.
PUPPIES MUST HAVE A CRATE.
CANCELLATION FEE: Cancellations made less than 48hrs prior to the first date of service will be billed 50% of the service booked.
50% paid upfront to hold a BOARDING RESERVATION --balance must be paid at the time of drop off.
WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS OR CREDITS if you have had to return early from your trip. To provide the best quality care, we have turned away other dogs/cats based on our capacity maximum to ensure your dog has a reservation. Thank you for understanding.
SERVICES PERFORMED ON CHRISTMAS, NEW YEARS OR THANKSGIVING WILL HAVE AN ADDITIONAL HOLIDAY FEE OF $50 ADDED TO THE INVOICE (This additional fee goes directly to the sitter performing the service) For other NATIONALLY RECOGNIZED HOLIDAYS a fee of $15 will be added.
LATE PAYMENT FEE - Any invoice that has not been paid within the allotted timeframe will be charged an additional $50 per week you carry a balance.
